SUMMARY:SUStaining Wellbeing
DESCRIPTION:  \nDentistry asks a lot — precision\, responsibility\, and constant care for others. Many dentists experience periods of emotional fatigue\, stress\, or burnout\, yet these experiences are often not openly discussed within the profession. \nIf you participated in the dentist wellbeing survey end of 2025 and during IDEM 2026\, this session is part of the continued conversation sparked by your insights. We explored topics such as burnout\, work-life balance\, and support systems within the profession. The insights gathered highlighted the importance of creating space for more open conversations around wellbeing in dentistry. \nThe session will include short insights\, guided reflection\, and practical exercises\, creating space for both learning and conversation. \nWho This Is For? \nDentists who: \n\nfeel the pressures of modern dental practice\nwant practical ways to manage stress more sustainably\nare curious about wellbeing tools grounded in real clinical experience\n\nTo keep the session comfortable and interactive\, spaces are limited. \n
