Sustaining Wellbeing – Communication Under Pressure (Part 3)

December 3 @ 7:30pm - 9:00pm
$20.00 – $43.60

We’ve heard you — and we’re back with the next instalment of our Sustaining Wellbeing series: Communication Under Pressure.

Communication is at the heart of dentistry, yet it can also be one of the profession’s greatest sources of stress. Whether supporting anxious patients, navigating difficult conversations with colleagues or practice management, providing constructive feedback to team members, or managing our own inner dialogue after a challenging day, the way we communicate influences both patient care and our own wellbeing.

In this 90-minute interactive session, we’ll explore practical strategies for approaching difficult conversations with greater confidence, clarity, and empathy. Through guided reflection, communication frameworks, group discussion, and realistic role-play, you’ll gain skills you can apply immediately in everyday clinical practice.

The session includes short evidence-informed insights, guided reflection, and practical exercises, creating space for both learning and meaningful conversation.

Who is this for?

Dentists who want to:

  • Communicate more effectively
  • Strengthen workplace relationships
  • Build a more sustainable and fulfilling clinical practice.

To keep the workshop engaging and interactive, places are limited.

***Light refreshments will be served ***
